Removal REAR SUSPENSION &amp AXLE

Raise car and support with security stands. Remove wheel assemblies. Disconnect exhaust method at flange connection. Get rid of intermediate lever of parking brake and disconnect cable controls.

Disconnect equally brake lines and seal. Loosen clamp nut of push shaft and intermediate bearing on frame flooring and get rid of. Disconnect rear of generate shaft and slide forward, out of centering placement. Wire generate shaft to brake cable holder.

Get rid of spring link covering. Eliminate shock absorbers and coil springs. Loosen torsion bar link towards rear axle and take away.

On autos with ABS, drain rear axle. Remove RPM sensor from rear axle housing. Cover magnetic edge of RPM sensor.

On vehicles with auxiliary heater, eliminate electric powered fuel pump and suspension plate of exhaust. Eliminate the cable connector from rear axle cross member. Elevate rear axle assembly to lift stop. Power water drain hose out of rear axle carrier.

On vehicles with CIS-E gas injection system, pinch gasoline suction hose amongst fuel tank and fuel pump with a clamp. Loosen clamp on gas hose to accumulator and pump. Eliminate fuel hose.

On all designs, get rid of front and rear rubber mounts on frame ground and clear away with cease plate. Reduced the rear axle assembly from car or truck.
